Munich
About the city: Munich is the heart of Bavaria. Despite the fact that life is bubbling and boiling, you will feel very comfortable, cozy and home-like.
There you will find many surprises, beautiful places, beautiful cities, lakes and castles.
About the culture: In everyday life, Germans are common, although the north is less respected national traditions than in the south. In eastern Germany, many elderly people are not used to tourists, so you should respect the differences in culture.
Important rules:With the exception of very close friends the Germans still in handling people use words Herr and Frau.
If you ask German "How are you?", they will answer you in details, without missing anything.

MADRID
About the city
1. Madrid is the capital and largest city of Spain. The population of the city is roughly 3.3 million. The city is located on the Manzanares river in the centre or both the country.
About the culture
2. The city is one of the most beautiful capitals not only Europe, but also the whole world. Cultural life of a city are concentrated to Paseo-de-la-Kasteljana and street Alkala. Here there are the most expensive shops and magnificent restaurants. One of the main cultural sights of a city — Prado museum
In a museum of the queen of Sofia there is Pablo Picasso's the most well-known picture "Guernica", and also creations of Salvador Dali and Zhoan Miro.

3. It is interesting that the woman in marriage does not change a surname. Children receive, thus, a double surname – the father and mother. There is a tradition to name the first son a name of the father, and the daughter – a name of mother. Every possible nicknames are used also.

the city
Nurnberg is
not as old as other cities. It's located about 170 kilometres north of
Munich. It is the second biggest city in Bavaria.
2) About
the culture
Nuremberg
was probably founded around the turn of the 11th century, according to the
first documentary mention of the city in 1050, as the location of an Imperial
castle between the East Franks and the Bavarian March of the Nordgau.
The city contributed much to the science of
astronomy. That why where are many museums of astronomy.
3) Important
rules
When
eating, the knife is in the right hand and the fork is in the left, and it
should stay this way the entire time. You shouldn’t put your knife down and
switch the fork to the right hand until you finish eating. There should always
be a toast at the beginning of any meal. Don't toast with an empty glass,
always touch glass with everyone (if possible), and always drink after
toasting.

Activities
In Nurnberg
there are shopping centers, museums, restaurants and if you want you can go to
Munich. It will takes you only 1 hour to get there .

Rome
ROME
Exchange students, this information is for you:
1) About the city
Rome is a very interesting, old and withal developing city. It is the capital of Italy and the smallest official country in the world Vatican located in Rome. There are more than 30 attractions in the city.
2) About the culture
Rome is very old so it has a grea story of the city. It was founded by two brothers Romul and Rem in the river Tibr. It has many art galleries and architectural monuments and buildings
3) Important rules
Do not say ''Chao" in Rome and in all Italy because in Italian language this word can only mean "hello" and "good bye" in family relationships. Try do not seem impolite and silly.
4) Activities
In Rome there are too many shopping centers, bars, restaurants, museums and old monuments so you will find where to go. If not, start from the Coliseum.

Paris
1)Paris is a very big city. It is a city of fashion
and history. The symbol of the city is eiffel tower. Another symbol of
Paris is a river
Seine with a lot of bridges
crossing it.
2) Paris has a
very long and interesting history. There are a lot of museums there. The Palace of Versailles is an example of royalty
and the Eiffel Tower is an example of art of architecture.
3) Be careful when
you are parking your car! If a person behind wants to drive out of there, he
will hit your car.
Be carefull when
you are driving a car, there is too many motobikes on the roads.
Be polite.
4)There is a
Disneyland in Paris. And a lot of museums.If you like shopping, you can go for

FExchange information
For foreign students from Belgium , Holland , Italy and Austria : Exchange information.
1) About the city . During the exchange course you'll live in Pushkin city and you'll study in St-peterburg. Both cities are nice , they're wery beautiful , but don't eat food from kiosks becauseit is made of low quality products and don't eat in Mcdonalds , Kfc and other low cost cafes - food is low quality and you d better try small restaurants in St-petersburg and Pushkin . The best type of travelling between cities is bus because it's fast and it goes every 1 hour-45 minutes (it depends on bus driver) . You could buy some models and books in bookstores , in Pushkin it'll be 15 minutes walking from your hotel , near bus stop. Don't stay out late , only in cafes nearby because it isn't safe to stay out , there could be many bad peoples.
2)about the culture. Our country has long history , you could see many historical buildings in your town , one of our folk type of house , hizba , were built without any nails from wooden planks . Our national costume is very beautiful , include cartooz (usualy black visored hat) , blouse with weaves , straw boots (lapti) , women's dress include long dress (sarafan) , and a nationa short hat called cocoshnik.Our typical russian food is hot-pot with meat and potatoe (none east-european quisine cant love without food include potatoe) , meat can be different : from usual beef to hog or rabbit meat , our typical types of soup are borsh (from meat and vegetable) and uha (from fish and few vegetables), also there are some specific types of cutlets are made of pike.
3) important rules : there are no specific rules , everything is like in europe and america , but there are some rule about historical places , they vary between museums and parks.
4)activities : school every day from 9:00 to 12:00 , excursions are every week , two days : to ermitage
, Petropavlovskaya fortress , artillery museum ,etc. More information you could find in your hotel : Kochubey's mansion. We wish you good stay in russia

Some Words about Moscow
Today I want to give you some information about Moscow! So let's start:
1)Moscow - is one of the biggest cities in the world! It is great area for relax: going to museims, shopping and so on. Then, this city is not very expensive, BUT you should know that cafes in the centre are only for rich people! Some people can say:"Moscow is very noisy and dirty!" Really, the city is not very clean, but you can hide in some really good, little cafes! they are like in a fairy tale! :)
Some people thinks that Moscow metro very bad and there too many people, but it is the most beautiful and old in the World!!
2) Culture of Moscow is one of the most famous in Europe! There we have many monyments and museums. Not so many like in Saint'Petesburg, but in Moscow you can learn something about the most famous writers and poets! There you can have interesting and informative program!
3) Now some really important rules in Moscow:
1. You shouldn't try to fight with gopniks! It's really dengarous for your life! They are professionals
only in drinking cheap bear, eating seeds and fighting with normal people!
2. You must stand up if you see old lady in transport! If you don't do that you can hear some really bad languege! And she can fight you! You should know that many of Russian grannies are really dangerous (like gopniks)
3. Try to be quite if you can see some drunked people! Don't try to drink with them!
This was some rules that can't be brokken if you want to live!
4) Now the last: activities. You can do many tipes of relaxing in Moscow. I wrote about it before.There you can do what you like! It depends on you. Some people like do shopping, other like to know something about culture, other want to walk and take photos!
